This was an extra special transaction for us because it involved family! Ryan's sister and her family moved to Iowa from Alabama last Summer. They started in a West Des Moines rental while they discovered the Des Moines area and got settled in. After much searching across different areas of the metro, the landed on the great community of Grimes. They found a house that not only has great function but also offers some wonderful uniqueness that makes it special for them. We can't wait to see your family flourish in Grimes and we look forward to many holidays in your new home!
