Alli first contacted us about a year and a half ago with the desire to get out of her rental and own a home in Pella. The market in Pella is really tight and homes sell for a premium. Through the Spring & Summer, homes that were priced right were even selling the same day making it really tough to pull the trigger on the right home. When 1114 Hazel hit the market, we requested a showing within hours of it going live and made an offer that same day! Because there were concerns from the initial showing about the foundation, we made arrangements for a foundation specialist to join us for the inspection so we wouldn't waste any time getting to the bottom of things. Sure enough, there was a problem which was unfortunate BUT it was fixable! Between the seller's agent and us, we brought several foundation companies through the home to provide opinions and quotes. The seller agreed to pay for the fix so they chose the company. Iowa Foundation did a great job with the repairs, and now Alli doesn't have to worry about the foundation and can just focus on the cosmetic updates the home desperately needs!
